The main premise of this research paper deals with the history of the property from when it was first purchased to what it is used for currently. Windy Pine is a beautiful 24-acre property located on Kushog Lake just north of Minden in the County of Haliburton. It was purchased around 1939 by Mary Northway and Flora Morrison to be used as a summer canoe trip camp for young women.
