This report examines the history of Uranium mining and its current state in Haliburton County. It examines the roles of government and the public. It also maps the likely location of historic Uranium mines. The effects of Uranium mining on the environment are discussed in detail. The report details how Uranium and Radon gas can get into homes and water supplies.
